Chief People Officer
Dan Arom

As Chief People Officer, Dan leads a team who supports Concord's most valuable resource - our employees. The People team oversees everything from human resources and benefits to onboarding and culture.

Dan joined Concord in 2007, having spent several years in the healthcare industry with Medica Health Insurance, Allina Health Systems, UnitedHealth Group, and University of Minnesota Department of Surgery. Prior to Concord, Dan designed and implemented health management programs, oversaw provider relations programs, worked as a financial analyst, and a surgical technician in experimental surgery. Throughout his career, Dan has focused on understanding the relationship between business and technology and utilizing past experiences to build relationships between groups and individuals.

In his free time, Dan spends time with his three kids and serves on the board of four local non-profits. He is a lifelong Minnesota sports fan and hopes to one day get the chance to see the Vikings win a Super Bowl.
