Peter is an experienced rule architect with expertise in trading systems, mobile platforms and healthcare. He designed and built a high performance compliance engine for ITG Macgregor. He contributes to the RuleML initiative, drools rule engine, and several open source projects. He is the author of Jamocha rule engine and has dedicated the last 7 years studying rule technology. The results of his research in Dr. Forgy's RETE algorithm led to a 50X performance improvement in the CLIPS rule engine and drools. He is the co-inventor of a new distributed RETE algorithm, which has the potential of increasing the scalability and performance of large systems.
Dennis is a seasoned Infrastructure Architect that has worked on two of the largest networks in the world. Dennis has five global SAP projects to his name. He has experience as the lead enterprise architect in the areas of: Data Center Consolidation, Risk Assessment and Planning, Identity Management Composition, Capacity Planning, System Limits, Scalability Assessments, Virtualization, Disaster Recovery and Business Impact Analysis, RFID, and Wireless Technologies. He has been the Lead architect on the design of new data centers, as large as 1,000,000 ft.2, encompassing power, HVAC, Server, SAN, and Network/Security infrastructure. From a Security perspective, Dennis has performed security risk and PCI compliance audits/assessments for many clients to ensure safety of Non-Public Information (NPI). He has performed system/network security audits for companies encompassing financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, distribution, and other key areas, including security policies, documentation support policies and procedures, establishing security prevention procedures, incident and post-incident management, RFP development, WAN/LAN implementation, Internet access, and firewall system infrastructure design and product selection. Dennis has architected large Frame Relay and MPLS LAN and WAN initiatives, and has done provisioning of Internet services, including Internet access, email, architecture and security (firewall), email policy procedures, and user access policies and procedures.
Kent is an experienced architect and project manager with industry experience in criminal justice, public safety, banking, retail, manufacturing and transportation. He is able to assist with all phases of a project from System and Application Architectures to Integration and Strategic planning. He has led the design and implementation of several service-oriented architecture and EAI projects using a variety of solutions from IBM, Microsoft and Open Source environments. He led the initial effort in assisting State and Local Government agencies in developing the architecture models for Minnesota's CriMNet Project. Kent's primary focus is providing business management, analysis and technical expertise in leading edge technologies such as service oriented architectures, web development, enterprise application architecture and planning, security, relational databases and systems integration.
Florin is an experienced enterprise architect and program manager with deep industry experience in telecommunications, commodities trading, healthcare, and banking. He has led large-scale system integration, application development, and identity/access management strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He currently serves as an advisor to several of Concord's clients' CIO's/VP's. Florin specializes in EAI/SOA/Identity and Access Management Competency Centers and strategic technology program management. In the last two years he has successfully led co-sourcing initiatives for our clients with hybrid delivery models on-site and near-shore/off-shore.
Ivailo is an experienced architect and project lead with deep industry experience in Oil and Gas, commodities trading, insurance, and healthcare. He has led software product development teams, as well as client implementation and support teams of up to 30 people across North America and Europe. Ivailo has also served as an enterprise architecture advisor to several Fortune 500 North American companies. He brings strong leadership skills to drive the development of a business case, requirements gathering, project roadmap definition and architecture. Ivailo specializes in modern implementation methodologies and system design techniques, including Rational Unified Process, Agile Delivery Processes, UML and Patterns.
Scott is an experienced architect who specializes in developing cost-effective enterprise risk management, security and regulatory programs. He has broad industry experience working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients in retail, financial services, energy, and health care and has held executive positions in enterprise security and internal audit. He has the ability to build and manage multi-disciplined teams to achieve aggressive enterprise security and compliance solutions that integrate both the needs of the business and IT. Most recently, Scott completed the development of a 3-year IT assurance offshore strategy for a $57 billion retailer. Scott is highly proficient with HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, PCI and NERC compliance requirements and holds CISSP, CISA, CISM and IAM certifications.
Wendy is a Quality Assurance expert with more than 23 years experience in all roles of testing and training. She has a strong background in mainframe, client/server and web based testing. She provides testing leadership in the development processes from waterfall to agile. Most recently, Wendy was the QA Director for a major insurance company where she implemented a QA department using an onshore/offshore testing model. Among her many accomplishments, Wendy helped establish the criteria for the CSTP certification for the International Institute of Software Testing (IIST) as well as actively participated on the board for the Twin Cities Quality Assurance Association (TCQAA). She has also been a national speaker for the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI).
