Bill Wolf
Director of Data Management
Bill Wolf is Director of Data Management for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Data Management division and specializes in the architecture and design of applications surrounding data integration.
Wolf has more than 28 years of industry experience with positions such as computer operations, database administration, data modeler, business analyst, project manager, system architect and department manager. Most recently, he worked with clients in the banking and healthcare industries to build a center of excellence practice surrounding the use of ETL tools within their organizations. This included best practices as well as training and staffing programs. Prior to that, he was the Owner of Wolf Consulting and worked as an Independent Consultant. He completed a number of projects for Fortune 500 companies dealing with large scale multi-platform data warehouses, which serviced customer relationship management, automated scoring and decisioning, and lead management systems.
Wolf was a previous executive council leader of the Minneapolis-based IBM/Ascential Midwest Users Group and has been a repeat speaker at the Ascential World, IBM IOD and various other national conventions. Additionally, he provided reference and testimonial for the use of IBMs ETL toolset as well as general data warehousing concepts to prospective new clients by IBM marketing staff on both national and local levels. Wolf has worked extensively with various software engineers on a variety of software related designs and issues to resolve problems and build new features within products.
Florin Ibrani
Director of Integration
Florin Ibrani is Director of Integration for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Integration division and specializes in co-sourcing initiatives to clients with hybrid delivery models on-site and near-shore/off-shore. Ibrani has more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise architect and program manager within the telecommunications, commodities, trading, healthcare and banking industries.
Ibrani has led large-scale system integration, application development and identity/access management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in EAI/SOA/Identity, access management competency centers and strategic technology program management.
Ibrani currently serves as an advisor to several of Concord's clients' CIOs and VPs.
Scott Thompson
Director of Capacity Management
Scott Thompson is Director of Capacity Management for Concord and is responsible for solving capacity-related issues and developing sustainable processes for enterprise capacity management within large IT infrastructure environments.
Thompson has more than 15 years of IT experience as a programmer, computer program designer, system administrator, technical project manager, technical architect and a capacity management consultant. His most recent appointment with Concord was working as a Capacity Management Architect for one of the nation’s largest producers and marketers of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services. The organization housed 13 global business units, six major data centers, more than 4,000 service-providing hosts, and more than a dozen discreet SAN installations. While there, Thompson developed an ITIL-centric approach to sustainable capacity management and created a web-based reporting system applying advance statistical methods to proactively identify and report on capacity opportunities.
Thompson has extensive experience in capacity planning for midrange (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux) and distributed (Windows, Linux) host systems and has applied a working knowledge of ITIL to his consistent approach to integrated, business-centric capacity management process and tool development. He has expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive and multi-dimensional IT assessment framework, as well as vast project management experience and knowledge of application development.
Thompson is certified in project management and has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Missouri - Rolla. He is currently pursuing his Master of Arts degree in political science from Virginia Polytechnic.
Ivailo Guenov
Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation
Ivailo Guenov is an experienced leader who assists companies with improving the delivery of their core business processes through technology. He has helped large organizations throughout North America and Europe align their information technology blueprints with business goals.
Guenov has 15 years of professional experience in management consulting, project delivery and hands-on technical architecture. His key focus areas are IT organizational frameworks and enterprise/solution architecture and governance. He brings strong leadership skills to drive vision definition, analysis of operations, IT portfolio management and roadmap development.
Prior to Concord, Guenov worked in various technology consulting roles with Deloitte and Cap Gemini. He helped transform multiple legacy IT departments through the implementation of new organizational structures, processes and technologies. He also led the implementation of complex integration frameworks and high-level architectures using technology from TIBCO Software, IBM, PEGA Systems, Lombardi, SAP, Oracle, Software AG and Informatica.
Through years of experience and focused learning, Guenov has developed industry specializations in healthcare insurance and energy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science and organizational management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
