Bill Wolf
Director of Data
Bill Wolf is Director of Data Management for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Data Management division and specializes in the architecture and design of applications surrounding data integration.
Wolf has more than 28 years of industry experience with positions such as computer operations, database administration, data modeler, business analyst, project manager, system architect and department manager. Most recently, he worked with clients in the banking and healthcare industries to build a center of excellence practice surrounding the use of ETL tools within their organizations. This included best practices as well as training and staffing programs. Prior to that, he was the Owner of Wolf Consulting and worked as an Independent Consultant. He completed a number of projects for Fortune 500 companies dealing with large scale multi-platform data warehouses, which serviced customer relationship management, automated scoring and decisioning, and lead management systems.
Wolf was a previous executive council leader of the Minneapolis-based IBM/Ascential Midwest Users Group and has been a repeat speaker at the Ascential World, IBM IOD and various other national conventions. Additionally, he provided reference and testimonial for the use of IBMs ETL toolset as well as general data warehousing concepts to prospective new clients by IBM marketing staff on both national and local levels. Wolf has worked extensively with various software engineers on a variety of software related designs and issues to resolve problems and build new features within products.
Florin Ibrani
Director of Integration
Florin Ibrani is Director of Integration for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Integration division and specializes in co-sourcing initiatives to clients with hybrid delivery models on-site and near-shore/off-shore. Ibrani has more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise architect and program manager within the telecommunications, commodities, trading, healthcare and banking industries.
Ibrani has led large-scale system integration, application development and identity/access management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in EAI/SOA/Identity, access management competency centers and strategic technology program management.
Ibrani currently serves as an advisor to several of Concord's clients' CIOs and VPs.
Scott Ammon
Director of Risk
Scott Ammon is Director of Security and Risk for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Security and Risk division and is an accomplished information technology executive.
Ammon has more than 16 years of leadership and technical experience within the financial services, health care, energy, retail and government sectors. His previous experience includes leading the IT Assurance organization for Target Corporation, Technology Risk Director at Protiviti and Vice President of Global Information Security at Bank of America.
Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his results in leading and designing enterprise risk, security and compliance organizations. Having started his career as a developer and network engineer he has a unique breadth and depth of expertise with enterprise network and application architecture, infrastructure, privacy and compliance, IT audit, e-Discovery, forensics and risk management.
Ammon holds certifications in CISSP, CISA, CISM and IAM. He is proficient in major regulatory and compliance requirements such as PCI, GL BA, SOX, NERC and HIPAA.
Dennis Duval
Director of Infrastructure
Dennis Duval is Director of Infrastructure for Concord. He is responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the firm's Infrastructure division and specializes in creating framework to aid in the development of IT architecture and infrastructure.
Duval has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of IT architecture and process improvement. Most recently, he served as President and COO of Acorn Technologies, Inc. where he provided an array of technology-based consulting services and business solutions to middle-market and industry-specific enterprises. Prior to that, he was the acting Director for Visa USA in their new product platform migration, systems and operations, and rewards and loyalty programs. Duval is a seasoned infrastructure architect that has worked on two of the largest networks in the world. He has vast experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect in the areas of new data center design and consolidation, security and risk assessment, identity management composition, capacity planning, system limits, scalability assessments, virtualization, disaster recovery and business impact analysis. Additionally, Duval has performed system/network security audits for companies encompassing financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government and distribution.
Duval is a member of the SANS Institute, has personally wrote guidelines 6-12 for the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and has co-authored Microsoft Windows Server Security books. Additionally, he has spoken at various engagements for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU).
