

A leading U.S. grocery retailer was looking to introduce a new reporting tool to their business leaders and tasked Concord with creating an Adobe CJA use case to uncover insights that had previously been hidden due to limited cross-channel analytics capabilities. While the client’s analytics team was excited about the technical capabilities of the tool, they needed to demonstrate clear business value to secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.
Concord developed a cross-device, cross-authentication use case by stitching 2 million unauthenticated web users to in-app authentications. This work uncovered an error in the client’s web sign-in experience, which in some cases caused friction and disrupted the customer experience, forcing customers to switch from web to the mobile app.
