

A retail client aimed to preserve reporting continuity while migrating from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). One partner led the Tealium Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDK implementation, while our team built the CJA foundation required to support the new reporting structure. Following implementation, data did not flow as expected, surfacing issues within the Tealium AEP Web SDK implementation that required deeper investigation across the tagging and reporting ecosystem.
To address this, our team expanded beyond the original CJA scope to support troubleshooting across the implementation. We built the required CJA structure, including schemas, datasets, connections, and data views, while also providing the guidance for the Tealium AEP Web SDK extension configuration to help identify and address gaps impacting data collection.
Through detailed testing and end-to-end validation, we identified both migration-related configuration issues and pre-existing appmeasurement.js tagging inconsistencies that were impacting reporting accuracy. We worked through these issues systematically and validated key success events through live purchase journeys, confirming that critical conversion activity was being captured as expected.
